NammaSante is a marketplace that helps users list, discover and connect with buyers and sellers of livestock.

Buyers and sellers may contact each other by phone or WhatsApp. NammaSante does not provide in-app chat or in-app payments.

NammaSante is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not buy, sell, own, transport or take custody of livestock, and we do not hold or transfer money between buyers and sellers.

You sign in to NammaSante using a mobile number and the one-time password (OTP) process provided by the service.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping access to your account secure.

Phone numbers are verified only through the OTP sign-in process of the service. NammaSante does not separately verify identity beyond that process. Do not use another person's phone number without their permission.

When you create a listing, you must provide information that is accurate and not misleading, including photos, videos, price and location.

You must have the right and authority to list the livestock and upload the photos, videos and other content you provide.

You must not list stolen livestock, livestock that you do not have the authority to sell, or any goods or services that are unlawful.

New and edited listings may be reviewed using automated systems and/or manual review before or after they become publicly visible.

We may reject, remove, restrict or modify listings or content that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, illegal, misleading, abusive, harmful, spam, or otherwise violate these Terms or applicable law.

By uploading photos, videos and other listing content, you give NammaSante a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure and improve the NammaSante service.

Do not share OTPs, passwords, PINs, bank credentials or other sensitive security information with another person.
